To L'ers,

We have just restored contact after being cut off this past week. The
unreliable electricity supply had led to the destruction of our computers
and printers. It costs over D10,000 just to restore our equipment to near
normalcy.

We could not utilise our email service. We regret any failure to respond to
any communication which may have been transmitted. We are now rushing to
deal with the urgent matters. Other mails will be responded to on Saturday.
