Hi Basil,

Harriette, the children and myself extend our heartiest congratulations on
the completion of your dissertation. Your outstanding perfomence is highly
commendable. May God bless you with long life to contribute your qouta in
world economics, particularly, West African (ECOWAS) economics.

We spoke to Agoy just before the Easter, and she was the one who gave us the
good news. I guess she is in the Gambia now.

Once again, keep up the good work. Say hello to Saidy and the kids.
