Another thing I would suggest. The availability of cell phones by militants
in all the counting stations on election day. At the spur of that moment,
once the tallies has been confirmed, the counts will be relayed to a central
receiving bureau, and immediately dispatched to the movement for the restoration
of Democracy in the Uk and the Save the Gambia org in the US for immediate
dissemination to all the Gambian online discussion forums.

In this way, Gambians all over the world will keep tally of the votes,
and will be counting just as the people on the ground are also counting. This
way everyone will be in the same page, and the results when they are finally
tabulated will leave little room for discrepancy.
