Ebrima, the ground rules you've suggested are acceptable to me in toto and I
shall endevour to be always guided by them. Just for the record, I am not
Minister Sarjo Jallow. I don't think his busy schedule would have allowed
him the amount of time that I have been engaged in debates on this forum.
