Basil & Members,

My apologies for my babbled posting on Basil's lead piece on the 21st
century challenges for The Gambia.  Since it is rather late in the night, I
will attempt to re-construct the piece and to ensure that I post it in one
piece. As I hover over the keyboard, the old dog and new tricks comes to
mind.
