Our people need to know how the African Union is perceived in big countries like the USA within a legal framework.Well hereunder is an executive order from the White House along those lines.It is for public consumption.Please read the provisions mentioned therein.While dealing with  a dictatorial regime within and without The Gambia we are obliged to educate ourselves at all cost.We expect countries like France,Russia,Mainland China and the UK to make available such orders,declarations in the open for the interest of the public especially the people who are being trampled upon under such leaders in Africa or anywhere else within the globe.
  Law means business,therefore, we have to resort to any lawful means when handling Yaya Jammeh nationally or Internationally.
  More executive orders will be sent here thus share the contents of their messages with our readers both in and out of The Gambia.
  Any letter or petition being addressed to world leaders,international institutions etc etc should be based on these respective provisions or constitutions.

  We are not out to Joke or make names,we are here to establish decency with the help of our friends all over the world.

April 13, 2005   Executive Order: Designating the African Union as a Public International Organization Entitled to Enjoy Certain Privileges, Exemptions, and Immunities
      By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including sections 1 and 12 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288 and 288f 2), as amended by section 569(h) of the Foreign Operations, Export Financing, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2005 (Division D of Public Law 108-447), it is hereby ordered as follows:   Section 1. Designation. The African Union is hereby designated as a public international organization entitled to enjoy the privileges, exemptions, and immunities provided by the International Organizations Immunities Act.   Sec. 2. Non-Abridgement. The designation in section 1 of this order is not intended to abridge in any respect privileges, exemptions, or immunities that the African Union otherwise may have acquired or may acquire by law.
