Mr. Dampha:

Your posting was long overdue. In fact, it evoked a sense of feeling that
the officials of UDP and NRP are not willing to join the L. It will be fair
for them to participate in discussing issues pertinent to The Gambia.

I salute Halifa's willingness in responding to numerous questions raised in
the L. He at least is willing for an open dialogue. It is not fair for us
to reach out to both UDP and NRP if they have not made any attempt to be part
of an open dialogue.

Naphiyo,

Comrade ML Jassey-Conteh
