The UN inspectors said on Monday there is clear and convincing evidence that nerve agent sarin was used in the deadly attack last month in Syria . The findings are beyond doubt and beyond the pale . The question that remains is who carried out  deadly attack which killed 1400 people ? All technical details of the report  points finger at only the Assad regime who could carry out such large-scale chemical attack.
Assad and the Russians blame the opposition . Should US still carry out strikes against the Syrian regime? Are military strikes able to restore peace and stability in Syria?
