Am really digusted with mr mbai's comment on the former president .
Freedom of speech is part of democracy however you are free in as much as
your freedom doesn't encroch on the rights of others . How dere can you say
this, even if all the accusations you forwarded are true . This doesn't
warrant you to pass such judgement .

It will be an absolute sad story to see jawara forming alliance with the man
who ousted him from power but then doing so doesnt question or undermine his
past achievements as a president .
Mr mbai am not the former president's fan but as a elderly stateman he
doesn't deserve this comments. A man who devoted a lot of energy time and
resources even though he ought to do it in ma view doesn't deserve such.

Mr mbai I like reading your stories but one's like this doesn't fit in any
civilise society.
Even if jawara joins jammeh I think it should be constructive and respect
approach thats gonna make him realise wat he did wrong but reports deferming
his character is not gonna help a lot.

To the former president what is it that you have seen in the jammeh regime
that cannot be deliver by a NADD goverment that even prompts you for
electioneering if the accusation is right .
I thought you said you gonna retired from politics why all this noice if
this accusations are all true.
please baba for the sake your gambian sons, daughters and grand kids dont
help in harbouring dictatorship it doesn't help . We have seen many and
we've seen how they end.
The course to transform gambia to democratic country should remain the work
of every gambian young and old men and women regardless religion tribal and
cultural background.

Finally as a nationalist and some one who believes in reconciliation and not
seggregation believes Mr jawara deserves an appology fom Mr mbai . Remember
democracy supports freedom of associationeven if the former president
supports the APRC, he is excersing his democratic rights and therefore
deserves no crudge or ill feeling . Baba jawara for my sake and for the sake
of all innocent gambian please dont suport APRC !. They are not the party
thats good for the country. The aim of this letter is not undermine you (mr
mbai) . I must confess that I have a lot of respect for you and your
proffession cos I see you as a genuine partner in the development of our
motherland. Any inconvenience is deeply regreted.

lets rise and shine and salvage our country from dictatatorship.
MANY THANKS

FAKS

>What symbol exactly does Jawara represent? A political disgrace or pride?
>Dawda Jawara is the worst that had ever happened to the Gambian people. He
>is a man who precided over a sinking Gambia with its people reduced to
