Mafy,
I think it's not only Gov. Bush's opinion, but of the vast majority of the
Republicans. They don't have much interest in Africa. We get to stick behind
the Democrats. Again, it doesn't mean that they'll do much with the
continent, but they will make a difference. This is my opinion.
