Dr Saine,

I have told Baffour Ankomah, the editor of the well read London based New
African Magazine, that, hopefully, before the weekend, you would send him
the "thoroughly edited position paper" on the Gambia, and he says he is
looking forward to receiving it.

Yes, he said he would publish it for us upon receipt, but I suspect it is
already late for the January issue. You can send it to him via e-mail or
fax, or both. His fax number is: 0171 713 7970 and his e-mail address is:

By the way, if you want the position paper to be published alongside your
photograph, then you can send him by post, a passport size photo of yourself
to this address: Baffour Ankomah; UK - IC Publications Limited; 7 Coldbath
Square; London, EC1R 4LQ; Tel 0171 713 7711; UK.

Gambia L: Grateful if someone could help me with the phone numbers for Hamat
Bah and Ousainou Darboe.

Yus: I read your piece on Foreign coaches in Africa, and I must say I quite
enjoyed it. I am looking forward to reading more of your interesting soccer
articles.

Ebrima Ceesay
Birmingham,UK.
