List Managers,

I have to agree with Gassa and say that if Yus was re-instated, then  Ms
Barry and FJC should also be re-instated so as to show uniformity in
dispensing the rules, regardless of party affiliations. If I recall, Ms Barry
did send an apology. Thank you.
