Tell Katim that Isatou "Coms" Wadda was the Judicial Secretary,
equivalent/same status as Permanent Secretary answerable only to the Chief
Justice of the Supreme Court. She was Registrar General prior to her
appointment as Judicial Secretary. The independence of the Judiciary has
been seriously compromised by her dismissal. I will be providing you with
