Koto Sidi,

Please extend my congratulations and best wishes to Mr. McDonald. I hope and pray
that he has a successful tenure as US Ambassador to The Gambia, and that he and his
family enjoy their stay in The Gambia. We are at a critical juncture in our nation's
history, and we need all the help we can get. I hope Mr. McDonald will be of immense
help to us, and that he plays a positive role in our relationship with the US.

Katim
