Mr. Momodou Camara,

I stand to be corrected if I'm wrong for I do not intend on misleading
anybody. But it is also, without a doubt, that some solutions that some
people on this list advocate for leaves no other option, but that of
violence. I do not need to go along the path of name calling for again that
accomplishes nothing. The important issue here is what can we as gambians
do to revive the spirit of our dear land in a way that other countries
would want to emulate. Mr. Sidibe challenged me to come up with a solution,
but I want him to note that the solution to Gambia's problem does not lie
within one individual. But,surely and, without a doubt, we could come up
with viable options collectively
.

The problem that Gambia is going through is not the first for a country
within the subregion or the world for that matter. Senegal, for example,
has had tough times with their economy. But they turned to policies that
succesfully landed their country back on track. Maybe we as Gambians can
turn to that as an example instead of resulting to unfounded accusations
and name callings. Remember, the Gambia belongs to all of us and we would
all face the consequences of what transpires there. Again , I stand to be
corrected and let's keep the debate rolling.
