Hamjatta,
Kohler needs all the help and cooperation he can muster from the membership
of the IMF especially from the US and Congress. Interestingly, the Asian
Finance Ministers have just abandoned the idea of forming an Asian Fund
after agreeing to establishing one less than twenty-four hours ago; the
pressure to abandon the idea is coming from the US and the EU. Good luck to
