Mr. President, it is indeed with pleasure that I am congratulating Your Excellency on this very important day being your 37th birthday.

Eight years ago through Your Excellency the Almighty Allah decided to change the direction of The Gambia's history. As a result of that, a bloodless military takeover happened, praises be to ALLAH the omnipotent. From that date onwards your vision has been guiding the Gambian citizenry towards development, good governance, hardwork and self reliance.

Today we are happily celebrating Your Excellency's birthday with joy and hope within the minds of Gambians and great expectations within our perspectives has earned you a very good reputation within the Gambia and beyond. Indeed that was manifested during the recent presidential elections.

This modern generation of Africa relies and hopes on leaders like Your Excellency to revive its spirits and create dynamic redistributive policies.

In light of the above, myself, family and staff are so glad and proud to be part of those in Gambia and abroad thus WISH YOU A VERY VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

May Allah give you long life, happiness and grant all the good wishes that you have in your heart, for our beloved nation THE GAMBIA.
