I read CORDEG Paper several times to understand. Equally I read the paper from GCC several times for the same reason.

Besides style I did not see a material difference what these 2 groups set self to do. Both says - peaceful political processes, help the opposition and remove Yahya

I am not one who ask people to merge or coordinate - i prefer to leave that to those concern. However if I am right that there is no material difference - one legitimate question will be why to harness each others strength to maximize your outcome. I think is called comparative advantage in Economic.
