Thank you for the added enlightening perspective as always. These issues
I'm trying to reiterate here are obvious toanyone who is following the
progress of events back home. It might actually be too late to resolve
some of those issues but it is imperative, as you indicated, for the
opposition to be heed to the clues and tweak their strategies accordingly.
You're right, they need help in garnering the resources needed o fight the
fraud, lord knows.

Rene:

You touched on two things I had intended to elaborate on in my subsequent
installments. The use of cell phones and simultaneous vote counting have
proven in other parts of the world to be effective in combatting vote
counting and tabulation fraud.
