Yunusa,

You may be right. But Ousman is not the only one under that impression. I am
too. I know for a fact that the Independent newspaper only posts it's front
and back pages on the net through Qanet. Maybe my sources are wrong, but I
was under the impression that a combination of space limitation, and money
is to blame. If the arrangement is free, good for all of us. In that case,
all newspapers should be allowed to publish all their contents
daily/bi-weekly or whatever. Apologies to Qanet.
