JAMMEH'S AWARD DEGREE IS FAKED -ALLGAMBIAN FINDINGS REVEAL

Following days of intensive investigations by The ALLGAMBIAN online
Newspaper, on the authenticity of a recent degree awarded to Gambia's
President Yahya Jammeh by a purported US University called "The AmerAsian
University", we have been reliably informed that there is no such university
here in the United Sates.

Our team of Editors and reporters across this country, could not locate such
a school after numerous searches, which Gambia's President Yahya Jammeh
claimed to have conferred him with a doctoral degree in management. Most
people contacted in Colorado, where the degree purportedly emanated says,
they were not aware of such an institution. We also could not find such a
school in the records of US school's system. The only mention of the alleged
university was also traced to websites in Czech Republic and not a single US
based website mentions any such university called "The AmeriAsian
University".

While the said degree was given a huge media publicity in The Gambia, our
findings pointed at a possible degree scam awarded to Jammeh. "Despite the
controversy on the said degree, the said school had not reacted publicly to
clear the air. Their silence on the issue confirms that it is a faked
degree." said our source.

According to our sources, Jammeh could be a victim of Internet scam, adding
that "there are dozens of people offering degrees to people interested in
being recognised by their faked organisations. "Here in Colorado, there is
no such university. This is a scam." said our source.

Sources hinted that such so called University without campus, usually
request huge amount of money from people they award degrees. "Jammeh is
likely to be a victim of such defrauders." said our sources.

Our investigations also reveals that the said University does not have a
telephone number and its staff are no where to be accessed. A source who
wished to remain anonymous also conducted his own investigations by
contacting some leading school websites here in the US. Below is the full
