I want to suggest a thing or two about how to keep the flow of discussion
smooth. Since this is general issues discussion with every topic on the table
I think if a notice of some sort is put either at the entrance into the chat
room or some other prominent part of the site that immediately tells
participants who enter the room that all questions are subject to the
recognition of the moderator, the queue system of who asks a question would
work better. This is the only way to avoid new entrants from firing off
questions seconds after they come into the room because they may not know
that a queuing system is in place. Secondly Mr Darboe has indicated he wants
to do these appearances as often as the online community wants him to. Infact
he was remarkably pleased with the way technology can make all of us active
participants in the affairs of our country. This means there will be an
opportunity for most of us to ask questions or offer suggestions and
otherwise move the political discourse to the level it ought to be and that
is centered on ideas. I hope we can keep the ball rolling

Karamba
