Malanding,

I think the process is on to let her down gently and let reality sink in one way or the other which is not only a decent but good and smart strategy to foster the healing process between her supporters and Barack's. We need her supporters on board to beat John McCain and I think it is wise to let the entire thing play out before them so they know that all that she could do was done and the pain will be easier for them to bear. Hopefully that will result in her camp being more amenable to rallying around the party nominee.
As for the donations, she actually needs the money to pay off her campaign debts  which are staggering, so if die hard supporters want to go along with the game, more power to them.  I personally would rather see her get the money to pay off the campaign debts from her donors rather than see Barack's campaign forking it out. That one just robs me the wrong way, especially after some of those funds paid for all the ugliness they engaged in but if it will bring about peace and reconcilliation, I guess it has to be done.
Jabou

Sister Jabou,
The question is whether the old guard want to leave quietly. Perhaps we should ask brother Haruna and fellow donors to shut the tap. They aren't doing them any good.
