Fellow Gambians and friends of The Gambia, I am making this announcement on
behalf of the Supreme Dictatorial Council of the Republic of Gambia-L. We
have come to rescue cyberspace from certain dangerous elements who have
infiltrated our peace-loving country and are dividing us along religious
lines. As your beloved sons, we have decided to risk our lives take over the
reigns of cyber space in order to save you from eternal destruction. Without
our timely intervention, this topsy turvy is going to make our dear country
corrupt and socially bankrupt. In the national interest, we the Supreme
Dictatorial Coucil have unnanimously decided to pass some decrees to curb
the activities of these corrupt and undesirable elements. Any one found to
have vioalted these supreme and irrevocable decrees shall face death by
firing squad. We in the Supreme Dictatorial Council do not give a damn about
what the western imperialists say about us or our revolution. The revolution
was done to save our dear mother land. God bless you all.

Decree number one:

"Thou shall not post any religious issues in cyber space.

Decree number two:

"All protests against this ruling is punishable by firing squad"

Decree number three:

"Members of the Supreme Dictatorial Council headed by H.E. Dr. Alhajie Kasim
Suray and immediate members of their families are immune from ANY future
prosecution and other charges of human rights violations and the alleged
supression of freedom of expression"

My dear Gambians and friends of the Gambia, other decree announcements shall
follow as soon as we have completed our deliberations at the headquarters of
the Supreme Dicatorial Council. Stay tuned to your radio stations and get
ready for  more decrees.
