GL-ers,

I am forwarding the following from Alieu Ceesay hoping that the points he
has raised will be considered by all based on their merit, especially in the
light of what has transpired on the L in recent days, vis-a-vis the
suspension of the subscription rights of Yus and the subsequent
re-instatement of those rights.

I am of the opinion that the subscriptions of Alieu Ceesay, Hasanatou Barry,
FJC and any other person, whose subscription to the list has been suspended
for similar reasons, should be restored forthwith. It is very unfair and an
indication of non-decisiveness to revoke the suspension of Yus's
subscription rights, citing violations of measures put in place by the list
managers that he ought to have known, whilst leaving others in the cold,
knowing full well that what ever crimes they may have committed are not more
serious than Jow's. A rule for one should be a rule for all!

Have a good day, Gassa.
