Well Ebrima, tell your sources that Bom will certainly hear from us and this
would not be the last time if she is dumb enough to accept the post. She
would be dumber than Savage if she accepts this time. At least Savage would
have been entering the land of the unknown. Bom has been there. She had
failed at defending the indefensible positions of this government; she was
humiliated by Yaya and thrown out of office; ostracized by society for her
participation in this illegal regime. If she accepts, she would only be the
second person in history of The Gambia (after Fafa) to be appointed AG
twice. We all know how Fafa's two terms ended. Bom's will be no different.
She would be humiliated out of office again. I will go on record and make a
bold prediction and that is, while Yaya is in power, continuing the
illogical stance he takes on issues, no AG would be able to serve there more
than three years. The bottom line is, no one out there is capable of
defending this regime in court or any legal forum. The lawlessness they
evince is beyond comprehension. Being an AG in this illegal government is
the toughest job one can get. The smart lawyers in The Gambia know better.
None of them wants to touch this job. Only losers vie for that job. Your
source asked whether it was difficult to turn this job down. The simple
answer is NO. Unlike a lot of the civil servants, lawyers can survive and
even do better in the private sector. So all the people accepting this job
are either incompetent lawyers who cannot thrive in the private sector or
they are power hungry maniacs who can even sacrifice their mothers for power
in this government. So do not buy from them crap about wanting to feed their
families or serving their country. They know they are going in there to try
and legalize murder, rape, torture, kidnapping, theft, and every illegal
behavior in the book.
In another development, we learnt from newspapers that the commission of
inquiry looking into the massacre of our children is indeed alive and
kicking and they will be sitting tomorrow. Kindly ask your sources to
provide us with unadulterated information as soon as a report is publicized.
We already know that the report is going to be a whitewash. But we still
want to know it contents in order to see how best it can help us punish the
perpetrators of the April 10 and 11 massacres. Your sources did a superb on
the reporting of the APRC rally. I read about the same event in some Gambian
newspaper and what stood out was talks about Yankuba Touray blaming the
former regime about the problems we are having in the groundnut sector. Can
you believe that? Blatant lies being uttered by that shameless character.
And they reported it as if it is the truth. It is your sources that again
set the record straight for me; not some of the politicians that come here
putting their noses into matters that should not concern them or should at
least not be their priority. Keep up the good work.

>Hello Ebrima,

>Tell the Gambia-L members that our strategy in dealing with these people

>Yahya Jammeh is now turning to Fatou "Bom" Bensouda. He sacked Fatou Bom

>You will be hearing from Members of the L and those members of your family
>who really love you. So, please, FATOU "BOM", SAY "NO" to Yahya Jammeh and
>continue your rehabilitation programme to re-enter society. Follow the foot
>steps of our good sister, Hawa Sisay-Sabally.
