Hello L'ers,

It's just been announced by the Nobel Committee in Norway that this year's
Nobel peace price will be shared equally between United Nations and Kofi
Annan. Some of the reasons given as to why Kofi Annan was chosen is his
work in human rights issues, his fight against Aids and his contribution
against international terrorism.

Congratulations UN and Kofi Annan.
