List Managers:

I am suggesting that - under the circumstances of Pa Nderry Mbai's claim
of his email account being tampered with lately - Ebou Jallow
([log in to unmask] and [log in to unmask]) be asked to demonstrate to
the list that he has explicit permission from Pa Nderry Mbai to forward
Mr. Mbai's private messages to the list. Barring any satisfactory
demonstration (the standard should be obvious to all)by Mr. Jallow, he
should be immediately delisted in accordance with set rules of the list.

I believe it is under the circumstances of Mr. Mbai's claim of illegal
compromise that his (Mr. Mbai's) email account was delisted - because he
purported to not have control of his email account. It defies logic (in my
opinion) to see his private messages being forwarded to the list with no
explicit raising of eyebrows by the list management. Not to my knowledge
so far.

There has been precedent to such behavior on the list and the outcome was
swift and clear to all.

My apolgies if this issue is being dealt with under the shadows.
