Dr. Saidy:

Thanks for the web site. This is a very
useful site. Now I am proud to say that
after buying the books on Wollof and Fula,
I will be able to speak these languages
in elementary form.

I again want to thank you for this valuable
information.

Why do I have to speak a foreign language,
when I barely can speak most Gambian languages?
Gambian schools should teach Gambian languages,
either as electives or substitutes for any
western language.

Naphiyo,

Comrade ML Jassey-Conteh

Hi Folks,

I am writing to inform y'all that I've found a new home (hopefully a
permanent one) for the Gambia Resource Page. The URL is:

http://www.africanculture.dk/gambia

Also, I have transfered ownership of the page to Mr. Momodou
Camara. Please direct all inquiries to him at:

Cheers!

Madiba.

It would be quite a disgraceful detail for philosophy to expound the
pernicious maxims and impious dogmas of these various sects: the
Epicureans denied any providence, the Academicians doubted the existence
od God, and the Stoics questioned the immortality of the soul.
