List Members,
It was reported in the Saudi times that a petition received from The
Gambia signed by the Jagne!s, Jobe!s, Jeng!s and Faal!s appealing for a
repeal of the tobaski feast to be held every month instead of once every
year. A reply which originated from the palace and signed by Sheikh
Abdul Habib Ghanim regrets to inform the undersigned that the feast of
Tobaski is celebrated only once every year. On receipt of this reply,
the Jengs, Jagnes, Jobes and Faals have decided to go on hunger strike
for the Tobaski. The question is Can they manage ? Happy Tobaski to all.

Chi Jamma, Bro Sheikh Tejan Nyang.
