Habib and Fye,
He has already left Accra and back in Liberia. He is already offering to
stepdown and says he is open for a transitional government at the end of his
term in October. There will be no place for him to hide. He and his associates
comntributed a lot to the distablisation that has been going on in West Africa
during the past two decades.

This should be a warning to all those brutal dictators, their henchmen and
blood diamon dealers we have on our continent.
