Saiks,

Thanks for pointing that out.  Obviously there are good ones that benefit
the country at large, especially in education.  Is it ok to extend a hand to
a friend in need, have them cling onto it, and let go later.  That's we've
done.  And now we are paying for it.  Most of these folks aren't working or
getting any substantial gov't benefits.  We just left them hanging.  With
that in mind, how do we expect them to survive?  I believe that's why most
of them resort to criminal activities.  This is a quite sensitive issue and
I just don't believe that we've done a good job in setting directives to
safeguard the interests of the Gambian people.
