Brother,

Yours is deliberately an overstretch. I was a commissioned officer in the GNA, and Yaya Jammeh was the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. Do you want me to list the names of civilians who volunteered to serve Yaya Jammeh at Cabinet level portfolios...some of whom you cuddle like a puppy on this forum ? Try Hassan Jallow, a former minister of justice in Jawara's own "legitimate" democratic government. Didn't he accept Yaya Jammeh's appointment to the Supreme Court as a Justice interpreting Yaya's repressive laws in a dubious legal system...that my friend is the zenith of hypocrisy and duplicity.

Now on this "consistency" rubbish I have been ignoring for so long: In our mortal human life difficult circumstances and situations always generate inconsistencies- otherwise life would have been simple and not complex. Mahatma Gandhi was very famous for often quoting Emerson that foolish consistency is the "hobgoblin of little minds". A feeble mind in Manichean delirium lacks moral or intellectual clarity: They are either very narrow minded or extremely dogmatic just like your Joe Sambos. According to them their world is only either black or white; nuance or pragmatic prudence cannot exist in any fashion in their little minds. Such kind of characters are a mortal danger in any civilized society.

Areos,

Ebou

Self-righteous??? On the basis that we do not endorsed a ruling government nurtured with a rigged legal system. And that is what you did, by joining the AFPRC. The question is your personality maneouvres could very much be influenced by your guilt on the missing $3 million. What do you say?

At least Joe et al are consistent, you are not. Unless, i should go back to Kuntaya listening to my english teachers again.

Mister,

Please show me where I "endorsed Jammeh's understanding of the rule of law" and what the hell is that anyway ? Listen, I am the first and only person on any Gambian forum online pushing the theory that the rule of law in the Gambia is nothing but a rigged legal system and an extension of Yaya's governmentality...Do you properly understand what I am saying? Why are some of you so eager to be self-righteous?
