In the name of a better Gambia, I think we should
appeal to get the students' scholarships, for one,
reinstated."

I think this is a sound point here, I just can't
believe what the British Government wishes to benefit
from the cancellation of scholarship. It has always
been my belief that the granting of scholarships to a
Third World Country like The Gambia should be regarded
as a Humanaitarian Aid. If the British Government
should resort to this business of cancelling
scholarship that would HARM innocent student, then
Britain's claim of being a civilised nation is in
doubt. Cancellation of scholarships that would deter
young unfortunate Gambians from enhancing their
education is the least we expect from the British
Government.

On that note I fully endorse your proposal for a
petition.

Have a wonderful day.

Sanusi
