Morikebba,

They call it "lack of maintenance!" Time was - only a few years ago, except
for circuit hold-up, you could get thru' at any time. Nowadays, it's luck.
It took me three hours yesterday to get to my parents. And when I did, I
didn't know it, because their phone didn't ring at all. I just heard my dad
saying "hello, who's this...?" And the answer is simple: Yaya Jammeh and his
people are running that country as if it were a rag tag boys' Club. They go
to Gamtel, and the Customs on a WEEKLY basis, and literally empty their
safes of everything collected that week! That's their idea of running an
economy. If you doubt this, just ask any accountant on the govt's payroll.
Too bad I can't provide the names of a few you can call to verify this
'cause of confidentiality/job protection. But check it out. Some people just
don't realize what a danger this gang is to our nation...

Saul.
