BREAKING NEWS: JAMMEH SAYS HEADS WILL ROLL-BALLA JAHUMPA AND SOS MBOWE RISKED TO BE FIRED!!!
                 BY LAMIN CEESAY
A cabinet reshuffle is on the offing as President Jammeh vowed to extend his electric broom to the Department of Works and Health respectively. Jammeh in a televised speech last night said more heads will roll at the said Departments of State. Jammeh told the nation that the two Departments have failed over the years and it was time to send some of its officials packing. Jammeh’s statement was seen in many quarters here as signal to SOS Balla Garba Jahumpa and SOS Mbowe that they have failed in their responsibilities as state Ministers.

  WILL JAHUMPA AND MBOWE SURVIVED
  JAMMEH'S ELECTRIC BROOM?
Mr.Jammeh blames the Department of Works for failing to embark on a regular road maintenance, thus allowing the battered roads to dilapidate with portholes on the highways. On that note, he said the officials in charge will pay the price for such negligence of duty, and will eventually be given their matching orders from the Civil Service.
Commenting on the Department of Health, after visiting the Serrekunda Health centre, Mr. Jammeh was shocked by the conditions of the facility. “H appeared very angry when he saw the roofs and other parts of the health centre that have not been renovated for years and blamed the health Department officials for the problem and promised that actions will be taken against them to correct the ugly situation.“ said our correspondent. He vowed to sack officials at the said Department.
It could be recalled that Jammeh made an impromptu visits to Yundum barracks, the road projects and Serrekunda health centre and Serrekunda market. People here are waiting on 1:00pm, 6:00pm and 8:00pm news from GRTS to know who are going to fall victim of Jammeh's new sackings.
Mr. Jammeh, also said that he is fed up with NAEC the country's energy industry. He said despite the repeated sackings standards are falling. A worried Jammeh said before the AU Summit, the energy crisis will be addressed.
