Thanks for the Fwd. Beran.

Interesting reading from the POINT. It is back to those days when politicians
come and tell us all what they will do without telling us HOW they were going
to do it. May be it is just another 5 year development plan.
It is cheaper to say we will build schools, buy the groundnuts so on and so
forth, but HOW is not answered.
Another observation I made from this, is why are the journalists not asking
these questions to the politicians and see if they will get any answers
before criticizing what they are doing? May be they know better.
