For the benefit of those who might be interested to pursue post graduate studies in tropical human and veterinary medicine in Belgium, the Prince Leopold Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerpen is one of the leading institutes in the offering of such possibilities to vet/human doctors from developing countries.

With the financial support of the Belgian agency for development cooperation(BADC)the institute offers a number of fellowships to applicants from developing countries.Acceptance to a course is a condition to such scholarships.
