      Greetings to you DAVE,
      No doubt you received Junior's email about 3 year old Sanjae who is in
desperate need of a lung transplant to save her life. However, I feel
compelled to send you another to reinforce the extreme urgency to raise the
much needed funds required to send her to the US so the operation can take
place.

      Sanjae is very much a typical 3 year old, although dogged with the
deadly condition, fibrosing alveolitis, which will kill her if she does not
get the treatment she needs now.

      Having just come off the phone to her mum, Sandra, who tells me that
the amount raised to date stands at £23,568.33, I could hear little Sanjae
in the background playing away like any normal 3 year old.

      But that's not so. Sanjae's life is far from normal as she has to
constantly wear an oxygen mask to aid her breathing, which unfortunately, is
becoming less effective with the passage of time due to her deteriorating
condition.

      Please help to make a difference in Sanjae's life. Make a donation
today - no amount is too small!

      There are no excuses really, we can all make the effort. If you cannot
