Folks, has a winner been declared, or have the runner ups conceeded defeat?
I ask this because I want to give the candidates a chance to congratulate
the winner/conceeed defeat before making any comments.  From all
indications, it looks like this phase of the contest is over.  So, Ms. Joof
if you have this information please extend it to us.  I thank you and all
others for your service to us and we appreciate all your efforts.  Please
get some rest and good job.
