I this is a good format by which we can center our discussions. I have a
couple of observations and they are as follows:

1) I think we also ought to discuss visa access to Gambians, with longer
shelve life like other countries - [5-year, instead of 6-month visas]

2) How do we get back some of the administrative function for [emigrant]
visa processing that was transferred to the Dakar consulate? This is
grossly inconvenient to those going through the process.

3) If time is limiting, may be item one of your original list can be
summed up in 5 minutes or less. I strongly believe he'll be, if not
already briefed on events in The Gambia.

4) For those of us going, let us focus on our mission and not take it
personal. We must keep it to the issues outlined and strictly
professional.

5) We're missing item 4 on your original document.
