"Jobe",
By your own admission, votes were bought. Are you telling me that buying
votes from voters - even if they are gullible - is compatible with free and
fair elections? Where are you from? Castro's communist tyranny where none has
a clue about electoral machinations?
Even if it were discovered that only a single voters card was illegally
exchanged for cash, then it makes it an illegal influencing of the outcome of
the by-elections. Thus rendering them null and void - legally. This is the
point. Probabilities and proportions of votes casted or exchanged for cash
have no bearing on the issue raised herein. The issue is that of illegally
influencing the outcome of an election through vote-buying. For this to stand
up in a court of law, you don't need statisticians to work out probabilities
and proportions.
Your sophistry is undermining your attempts to look honest. As i said before,
it will make my day to unmask you as the fence sitting hypocrite you are and
your complicity in the murder of the school children.
