I responded to this message of yours but it appears that it did not reach
its intended destination.  In the event that the postings decides to
arrive a week from now, then we all have to contend with double postings
of a single subject from the same author.

Anyway, I wish you speedy recovery fro your ear infection.  I came down
with malaria soon upon arrival in Banjul and thus missed my appointment
with Pa Modou Gassama whom I promised to make it up on my next trip to
Banjul.

Regarding the 2003 Budget, I have forwarded the scanned version a couple
of hours ago to Momodou Camara and requested acknowledgement.  I haven't
heard from him yet.
