Hamjatta,

Halifa left a memorandum for me to transmit. Unfortunately, the generator
had a breakdown. As you may already know, we have eight hours supply of
electricity a day. This gives very little time for slotting materials in. We
are now working on our Thursday publication. The material will be dispatched
on Thursday.
