Comrades, this is a rather sad piece of
information...some four students have now been
confirmed dead and dozens more seriously injured
following a stampede that happened in the dying
minutes of the annual inter-schools athletics
competition yesterday night(saturday). Am made to
understand that an investigation has been ordered to
know what actually led to the incident. I will provide
you with names of the victims and other necessary
details when am free...am doing something for the BBC
at the moment. But one thing though is that many many
students were seriously injured and are currently
being admitted at the RVH.
