Dibba, we tentatively have three speakers and that was the max.  However, I
can present your proposal to the group during our next meeting.  Do you know
the topic you wish to present on?  The theme for this years conference is
Governance and conflict in Africa.  However, we also have an Immigration
lawyer to present on immigration issues and a African Studies professor to
present on a African related issue.  So, do let me know what you wish to
present on.

On a different note, who is the contact person for Minnesota?  Previously,
the contact was Alkali Yaffa and Lang.  Please provide me the new contact
persons' email and tel. #s.  Also, the tel. # for the hotel for reservations
is (219)977-9999 and just tell them that you want to reserve a room for the
Gambia Association.  The rooms are $40 per night.  Do you know haw many
people are coming from Minnesota?Thanks for your inquiry.
