I got back on Monday and straight to a new routine dictated by political
events here.  Regarding the 2003 Budget, I have sent scanned copies to
members of the management teams of both Lists. I look forward to a healthy
debate of a document which is easily the hottest topic of discussion in and
around Banjul.

In responding to Jabou's message, I explained why we could not get together
this time around. As promised, we will have a session during my next visit.

Glad you made it to the CI safely. Please try to send the 2003 budget if
you can. Unfortunately the 2003 budget is actually not yet posted contrary
to what I was informed earlier. I understand that it would be on soon but
cannot tell actually when.

I have already informed both lists of this development.
