Although I am probably about to only repeat what others have said, I thought
I should go ahead and say what I felt about this topic.
I, myself, have found some of the postings of a religious nature to be
of interest. However, if I didn't, I would just use the delet key. I don't
think there is any need to put a restriction on religious postings.
I had alays thought that it was just another facet of discussion on the
list, and unless it had been stated privately, no one seemed to have any
problem with it, unless they just didn't read the message.
In short, I don't think any restrictions should be placed on the list.
Because once you start putting down one restriction, then the likelihood
that other restrictions would follow becomes greater, and I don't think that
anyone would want to see tht happen.
As far as the comments made about Jabou go, let me just say that I
don't kow her very well, but from what I know, I would think that those
comments have no merit. She has been very helpful to me as of late, with
some questions that I have had. And if I have ever asked anything on list,
she has never hesitated to answer any of my questions. She even took the
time to write me off list when she knew that I went to Austin Peay, and
asked how I was, since we had been thorugh the tornado and all.
And this is someone who doesn't not me. She did not have to take the
time out of her day to write me a message asking how I was or anything like
that.
So to say that she is one way on the Net, and nother person off the
Net, or whatever, I think is unfair. And I just thought I would ay that.
