I fully agree with you that the helpful party to our struggle is the
Senegalease
government and not the US or the UK.The Senegalease government has seen
the catastrophe Yaya could create in that region and we only need well
experienced
trained soldiers,to kick him out with minimal loss of lives.I don`t
think the ballot box
will take him out.He would also be ready to face any battle at any cost
to secure his position.I read some interesting contributions this
morning but i would like people to understand that these criminals are
well armed,with the backing of the Casamance rebels and Guinea Bissau
rebels.
I believe that,our patriotic Gambian soldiers will never use their guns
against us again.I also believe that if they get access to Yaya,they
will get him to save us from
bloodshed.This is why he does not trust them anymore.
Yaya is copying exactly the Gaddaffi type administration in the
Gambia.They have
no respect for the international community or international laws and
could eliminate
anybody who wants to end their governments.Through my experience with
years i lived in Libya,we dare not call the Gaddaffi name,we use to say
"Boy Naar" because all Libyans are security men in either the
army,police,C.I.D etc.Yaya is
using the Libyans and Morrocans to frighten the Gambians.I can guarantee
that,
our well trained Gambian soldiers are better than them.With all the
bluff about
Libya,they fought with Chad during both Goucuney Wadday and Habre and it
was a stalemate,they fought with Niger and could not conquer them,they
fought
with Tunisia and could not conquer them and the Egyptians defeated them
during
the time of Anwarr Sadat.They ended up with making peace with all these
neighbours.They can only frighten our God fearing,God loving and peace
loving
people.
I was following the contributions of Saul Khan and Ousman about this
Baba Jobe,
i went back to my video cassettes to see if i can identify him.Is he the
dark black
man with big eyes?When was he in Libya?Where was he in Libya?
I am really curious to know who this wicked man is.If Saul or Ousman can
send me their addresses,i can send you the Video cassette from Sweden to
point me this
wicked man.I saw a man who was all the time busy shaking head,maybe that
is the Baba.I will put my choice of selection more on a western trained
soldier like you and Ebou Colley than a Libyan trained soldier.So,i have
no doubt when you called
all of them as cowards.
I am sorry to say that,i don`t trust the international community because
they don`t act on time and could also play double standards.They always
act after a big catasrophe happens when it is too late.I hope,we will
listen to your advice and
establish contacts with the Senegalease government,to give us the
support we need.
