Suntou, I'm glad you are enjoying Mandela's Other Children. The answer to 
your question is yes, the folks I saw at the NIA were Gambians - Baba Saho, 
Foday Barry, Daba Marena, etc. But where are all these folks today? Either 
disappeared, maybe dead (Daba Marena) or languishing in prison (Baba Saho 
and Foday Barry). They were physically nornal, though I wouldn't be so sure 
about their being mentally normal. Thanks.
